These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of products sold by Uno Plugins™ (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through unoplugins.com (the “Website”). By purchasing or using our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our products.
1. About Us
Uno Plugins™ is a business Owned by Claro Agency SAS operating from Paris, 75012, France, VAT n. FR54898128640. References to “our Products” or “the Plugin” mean any WordPress plugin, theme, or related digital product offered through unoplugins.com.

2. License
2.1 GPL License (Code)
The PHP code of our WordPress plugins is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPL), in accordance with WordPress requirements. You are free to modify and redistribute the code under the terms of the GPL.
2.2 Commercial License (Updates, Support, Trademarks)
While the code itself is GPL, your purchase grants you a commercial license to receive:
- Automatic updates from our servers
- Technical support for the duration specified in your plan
- Use of associated assets (images, CSS, JavaScript files, fonts) that may not be GPL
The Uno Plugins™ name, logo, and branding remain our exclusive property.
2.3 Site Limits
Each license is limited to the number of websites specified in your purchased plan (e.g., 1 site, 5 sites, 25 sites). Activating the Plugin on more sites than your license permits is prohibited and may result in deactivation of updates and support without refund.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Currency and Taxes
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. VAT will be added at checkout where applicable, in accordance with EU VAT regulations. For business customers in the EU outside France, the reverse-charge mechanism applies upon provision of a valid VAT ID.
3.2 Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Your access to updates and support begins upon successful payment.
3.3 Auto-Renewal (Annual Plans)
Annual subscription licenses renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file, unless cancelled before renewal. You will receive a renewal reminder by email in advance. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account dashboard.
3.4 Lifetime Licenses
“Lifetime” means the operational lifetime of the Plugin and of Uno Plugins™ as a business. We commit to maintaining lifetime licenses for as long as Uno Plugins™ continues to operate the Plugin commercially. Lifetime licenses are non-transferable.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. To request a refund, email support@unoplugins.com with your order number and reason.
Refunds are granted subject to the following conditions:
- The request is made within 14 days of purchase
- You have not abused the support or update systems
- The product has not been modified or redistributed in violation of these Terms
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers): In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, by accessing or downloading the digital product immediately upon purchase, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the loss of your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. Our voluntary 14-day refund policy described above applies in its place.
5. Updates and Support
5.1 Updates
Plugin updates are delivered through your account during the active license period. Annual plans receive updates while the subscription is active. Lifetime plans receive updates for the operational lifetime of the Plugin.
5.2 Support
Support is provided in English via email and our official support channels. Response times are typically within 2 business days but are not guaranteed. Support covers installation, configuration, and bug reporting. It does not cover custom development, third-party plugin conflicts beyond our reasonable control, or modifications to our code.
5.3 End of Life
We reserve the right to discontinue a product with at least 90 days’ written notice to active license holders. In such case, lifetime license holders will receive the final version and a downloadable archive.
6. User Obligations
You agree not to:
- Share your license key or account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our Products as your own
- Use our Products for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable law
- Reverse engineer non-GPL components
Violation may result in license suspension without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
The Uno Plugins™ name, logo, website design, documentation, marketing materials, and non-GPL assets are owned by Uno Plugins™ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The GPL-licensed code remains free to use and modify under the GPL terms.
8. Privacy
Your use of our Website and Products is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws. We do not warrant that the Plugin will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every WordPress configuration or third-party plugin.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uno Plugins™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use our Products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Product giving rise to the claim within the 12 months preceding the claim.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to receive updates and support ceases immediately. The GPL-licensed code already in your possession remains usable under GPL terms.
12. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email to active license holders. Continued use of our Products after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country of residence provide otherwise.
EU Online Dispute Resolution: EU consumers may access the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
14. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Uno Plugins™ regarding your purchase.
